Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I start if I’m new to your studio?

Q:

Start with a Discovery Call. It’s a quick conversation where we talk through your goals, your body, and what you’re looking for.

From there, most clients begin with a short Intro Series so we can build a strong foundation and help you feel comfortable with the equipment and the work.

It’s simple, personalized, and designed to set you up for consistency from the start.

Do I need prior Pilates experience?

Q:

Not at all.

Many of my clients start with little to no Pilates experience. Everything is taught step-by-step, with clear guidance and attention to how your body moves.

If you’ve taken pilates before, we’ll refine and build on what you know. If you’re brand new, you’ll learn in a way that feels approachable, not overwhelming.

What’s the difference between private sessions, duets, and small groups?

Q:

All sessions are intentionally small and guided.

Private Sessions are fully customized to you and your goals.

Duets are shared with a partner or friend, with individualized attention for both of you.
Small Groups (2–4 people) are thoughtfully structured and curated, not drop-in classes.
No matter the format, the work is focused, progressive, and designed to support your body beyond the studio.

How often should I come to see results?

Q:

Consistency matters more than intensity.

Most clients come 1–2 times per week, and that’s where you start to feel real, lasting change—better posture, more strength, and a body that feels more supportive in daily life.
We’ll find a rhythm that fits your schedule and keeps you moving forward without it feeling like a burden.

What if I have an injury, tightness, or haven’t worked out in a while?

Q:

You’re in the right place.

Many clients come in with tightness, past injuries, or after time away from exercise. Sessions are adapted to meet you where you are, while still helping you build strength and confidence.

The goal is to move better, feel better, and support your body for everything you do outside the studio.

How does scheduling and rescheduling work?

Q:

Sessions are scheduled by appointment to keep the experience consistent and focused.
I ask for 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. If something comes up, you’re always welcome to reschedule within that window.

The goal is to support your consistency while keeping the schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Still have a question? Start with a Discovery Call—we’ll talk it through and find the best place for you to begin.
