A thoughtful approach to movement, built over time.
My background has always been movement — dance, coaching, and teaching.
But the reason I understand Pilates is personal.
In my early twenties, I experienced a spinal injury that required me to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence in my body.
Not by pushing harder — but by learning how to move more intelligently.
That experience shaped how I teach today.
Today, Connect3 Pilates is the result of that evolution—a thoughtful, personalized approach that blends classical roots with real-life application. This is work that supports how you move, feel, and live—every day.
Today
Classical Pilates training under Lesley Logan deepened my respect for precision, progression, and the integrity of the work. As a third-generation Classical Pilates teacher, this lineage continues to shape how I teach today.
2022
Yoga and Thai Bodywork certifications, along with immersive retreats in India, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, expanded my understanding of breath, touch, and whole-body care -- and how these elements support intelligent, effective movement.
Around 2015
As I moved deeper into the fitness world, I explored strength training and contemporary Pilates, gaining a broader perspective on how the body adapts, compensates, and builds resilience.
Early 2000's
My background began in movement—dance, performance, and coaching—where I developed an early understanding of body awareness, discipline, and how movement translates beyond the studio.
The Beginning
My greatest priority:
is guiding you with precision and care
I believe that:
strength should feel steady and sustainable
My goal is simple:
to help your body keep up with the life you love
The goal isn’t to do more.
It’s to move better, more consistently, and with greater clarity.
